- 1 cup cooked yellow rice
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can sweet yellow corn, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 ripe cubed avocado or ½ cup guacamole
- In a large margarita glass, begin layering the ingredients one by one.
- In between each layer add sriracha or salsa.
- Serves 2.
